This is a vocationally related qualification for housing professionals. If you are employed or active in housing or a housing-related support service, this course will develop your knowledge of housing, build upon your skills in a housing setting and help to prepare you for further study at a higher level should you wish to progress further. Successful completion of the CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice earns you Practitioner Membership of the CIH and entitles you to use the designator Cert. CIH. Level 3 qualifications can be taken at any age and there are no formal entry requirements for this programme.

The course is delivered over 10 months. There are 4 classroom days, these can be completed at your premises or in your own training facility. Tutor support and additional learning resources are available throughout the course, online and face to face.
