Change and other unrelated issues can erode our personal resilience. Mergers, greater productivity expected from less resources and the shear pace of change can be a challenge. Our ability to apply practical tools and techniques can serve to maintain effectiveness in the workplace. This course helps participants build the needed personal resilience and examines how to maintain it.
