Maintaining professional boundaries can be compared to walking a tightrope in some professions. This course equips participants with the knowledge required to recognise boundaries whilst maintaining professionally routed empathy. Participants will learn that maintaining clearly set out professional relationships with colleagues and customers is crucial when delivering an effective service. Avoiding getting too close to the issue at hand, and the customer is essential while maintaining professionally routed empathy.
